Project Overview
Factory Egypt successfully delivered a complete HVAC system for a production line, designed to maintain optimal environmental conditions for both equipment performance and product quality. The project focused on controlling temperature, humidity, and air quality to meet operational requirements and industry standards.
Scope of Work
Supply & Installation of ventilation and air conditioning systems, ductwork, air distribution, and control systems, ensuring efficient airflow and uniform conditions across the production area.
14 wall-mounted units with a capacity of 2235 CFM each were supplied and installed to achieve the required air circulation and cooling performance.
Challenges
- Risk of hot spots across different areas of the production line.
- Machinery generated continuous heat affecting performance and working conditions.
Solutions
- Strategically positioned wall-mounted units to achieve uniform airflow and consistent temperature.
- Designed an HVAC system with sufficient capacity and installed 14 wall-mounted units (2235 CFM each) to ensure effective cooling and air circulation.
